Cooperative Bidding

This service is designed to save districts money and time by developing cooperative bids for various goods and services based upon requests from participating districts. These requests are combined and presented to vendors for pricing.

A steering committee comprised of district representatives analyzes the bid results and prepares recommendations for awards.

Experience has shown that accurate estimates of quantities to be purchased, along with the volume generated by requests from multiple entities, should result in competitive pricing.
