Buildings and Facilities Usage

Rockland BOCES willingly considers specific requests for the use of school buildings and/or facilities by civic and community organizations, providing such use does not interfere with regular programming. Interested parties should complete and submit an “Application For Use of Community Facilities” form available through the Rockland BOCES Business Office at least thirty (30) days prior to planned use. 

Rockland BOCES functions have precedence over those of other groups and organizations. All facilities usage must adhere to Rockland BOCES policy. Building use fees may apply.
