English Language and Literacy
Adult students learn to speak, understand, read and write English through Rockland BOCES ESOL programs. Classes help students build self-confidence, explore career potential and develop job-readiness skills.

- Classes are offered at various times and locations to meet the needs of Rockland County adults
- ESOL classes are free to students ages 21 and older who do not possess a U.S. high school diploma
- Registration available at BERC and Spring Valley High School only
