The School Registry places qualified substitute personnel in both teaching and civil service positions. A majority of these positions are filled using the web-based and automated call system, Aesop. The Registry provides early morning monitoring of Aesop for participating school districts and support of employees, substitutes and clerical staff. Assistance is also provided for unemployment claims.
A more personalized method that allows for flexibility of substitute placement and interactions between the registry staff and the school district placement is also available.
