Blood Drive at Kaplan School scheduled for March 18th
The Kaplan PTA has joined with the Clarkstown PTA Council in the sponsoring of a blood drive. The drive will take place on Thursday, March 18 at the Kaplan School, between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The drive is in memory of Caitlin Powers, a Clarkstown student who passed away earlier this year. While walk-ins are welcome, appointments are encouraged. PTA President Dee LaNave says that the PTA has a goal of having 80 pints of blood donated. Currently, 35 people have signed on as donors.
