How do I register for a workshop?
Click the appropriate Catalog link above and browse the course listings for a suitable course. Click the course title and follow the on-screen prompts. Or, go directly to Rockland BOCES Professional Development Center Catalog.

How do I cancel, drop, or change a previous registration or workshops?
To cancel, drop or change a registration, please contact Marilou Fullon at 845-627-4841. Please note that once the registration deadline is reached, you (or your District) will still be charged the workshop fee.

How do I monitor registration status?
Once you register, your status is considered pending. Once we receive approval from your District (or payment from an individual), you will be notified via e-mail.

How do I obtain directions to the workshop?
Once you are logged in:

• Click the activity/course title
  Clicking the activity/course title will provide an array of information (course info, cost, directions, printable receipts, printable completion certificates/letters, etc.
• Click the Yahoo Directions link
  Clicking the Yahoo Directions link will automatically open a new window showing a map of the location of the course/activity. You can use the features within Yahoo Maps to obtain detailed driving directions.

How do I print a receipt or completion certificate or a duplicate enrollment form?
To print any documentation, do the following:

1. Log In to your account.
2. Click the title of the course/workshop that you registered for
3. Click the appropriate link.

I forgot my login information. How can I retrieve it?
Your login name is the email address you used when you first registered. You can retrieve the password automatically by visiting www.MyLearningPlan.com/forgotpassword.asp
