Programs » Career and Technical Education
Today’s workplace is a highly competitive market. Employers are looking for trained professionals with the skills and knowledge of the related industry.
At CTEC, students have this advantage.
They are developing the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their chosen career path. Many state and national industry certifications and licenses can be earned through CTEC programs, as well as a Career and Technical Endorsement on a high school diploma, and the opportunity to win awards and scholarships.
Career training takes place on and off the CTEC campus, in our state-of-the-art shops, newly renovated classrooms, and/or out in the workplace through internships, field trips and competitions.
Students are taught by certified, industry experienced teachers who are on the cutting edge of their field. Literacy standards are incorporated into each program so that our students not only excel in skill, but in academics as well.
Students are encouraged to take these learned skills and knowledge to the next level, whether it be in the workplace, a two/four year college, or a technical school.
