Closings & Delays and Emergency Notification

During the course of the school year, there are times when weather conditions (for example: freezing rain, ice accumulating or drifting snow) or emergencies such as loss of water or heat, dictate an early closing of school and dismissal of students. The decision to close school is one that is not taken lightly, and is made with considerable thought for the safety and welfare of the children.
